We have been using P2P for almost a year now and it is a move we are glad we made.
Our initial venture into International selling had been tough. With service from our 1st courier being as poor as it was, the damage caused from feedback for losses almost saw us losing our International status as soon as we had begun. A quick move onto another courier helped us to recover what damage had been caused and after a year we felt we had a service that was reasonable.
The service has proven to be the best we have had for every International country. Losses are rare and the speed of delivery is beating our previous courier by anything up to 10 days. Usually arriving within 2-6 days now.

The TRAKPAK service gives transparency of delivery for both us and our customer as the package is scanned multiple times throughout its journey instead of just once at collection and once at end destination. Our feedback has improved as have sales, and our customers are happy with the service we have been able to offer.
Our collections are daily and they are happy to add in extra pickups after busy holiday periods. This ease of contact and willingness to help, in any way, has been a welcome change in an industry where it usually takes a number of emails and calls to discuss such amendments or one offs. This is down to the account management and being managed by a team you can actually build a business relationship with instead of speaking to someone different every time. Their service is better than any other courier we use (or have used) for both International and Domestic services.
