As one of the UK’s largest online-only fashion and beauty stores, this leading online fashion retailer sells over 850 brands as well as its own range of clothing and accessories. The company has websites targeting the UK, Australia, USA, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Italy and China and also ships to over 237 other countries from its two distribution centres in the UK. Each week the company delivers 70,000 packages to the homes of its customers.

Since 2011, the retailer has partnered with international delivery solutions provider, P2P Mailing. The company is now also using P2P Mailing’s innovative delivery solution, TRAKPAK.

TRAKPAK is a a global delivery option for the despatch of small packets and parcels to consumers across the globe. Previously, retailers selling items via a standard delivery service had limited trackable options. Often, a choice had to be made between relying on international packet post with little or no tracking, or premium express parcel services which offer tracking but added significantly to delivery costs. This unique service provides full end to end visibility with delivery confirmation at the point of hand-over to the consumer, without the inflated delivery charge. The service gives retailers direct access to the very best B2C delivery networks for each destination, ensuring total coverage, a choice of delivery options and maximum convenience for the consumer.
